Service Description
Before a steam, a form must be filled out to determine what herbs to use and if steaming is contraindicated. Timing of steams vary by individual and be between 10-30 minutes. Your first steam includes a 15 minute consultation where we’ll talk about what you can expect, any concerns you may have and, if needed, a treatment plan. All steam sessions are conducted in a meditative atmosphere and include your choice of complimentary tea or water.
